What does this mean?

Okay last question for now I promise!
When trying to upgrade Chevereto to premium I get the following error code:

[Warning] set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons

in /home/vol1_3/epizy.com/epiz_27862191/htdocs/installer.php:672

The error comes up on this url: https://imageupload.xyz/installer.php?UpgradeToPaid
The error log says the exact same thing as on screen and mentioned above!
Now I am nowhere near tech savy so can anyone explain to me what it is and possible fixes?
Thanks!

Please note that we do not allow image sharing sites on our hosting. We provide storage space and bandwidth for regular websites, not for storing and sharing large numbers of user uploaded images.

Oh snap, i did not know that, is it allowed if I put the content of the website on Infinityfree storage and the user content so images and profile pics etc. on AWS or Google cloud?

And if that is allowed, do you still have any idea how to fix this?

I figured it out, still wondering if thats allowed?

If you use an external service to host the images, then its perfectly fine.

No. Like I said: we don’t allow image sharing sites.

The uploads would still be passed through our servers during the upload and/or download which consumes excessive bandwidth.
