I think nope, Admin uses cdn called Amazon CloudFront, based on my inspection to this forum 
Try to open an image to new tab. You will see that its different url.
Including images we upload.
Yeah, and he pays for the server and we’re just overloading it 
We keep the forum, not a quiet one, you know, so its okay.
I think he’s just using Cloudflare, the SSL certificate installed is from Cloudflare. And also maybe a different external file storage for storing the images we upload.

Local drives are safer, you know.
I edited the layout first on my desktop using xamp then upload it, you know, to avoid cpu limit.
You can also use external SSD Drives where you can just connect to your PC via USB to take backup and then unplugged the USB to remove the external drive. Since it’s small and portable, you can bring it with you anytime you want, you can also say that this like a flash drive but SSD are much more reliable for storage.
