weird. i tried form various browsers and devices. i guess my IP is blocking. thanks ill check

so it still doesnt work on my pc even after resetting my network. but when using a vpn it works. i guess my IP is blocking it for some reason. it didnt do that before the deactivation. do you know how i can fix it?

If your isp is blocking access you’ll need to talk to them.

If your IP is blocked on infinityfree’s side then you’ll need to wait for admin to take a look

how can i know if it is from my isp or my ip is blocked by infinityfree? how do i get an admin to come have a look?

You don’t “get an Admin to come have a look”.

Admin will come and check this for you, but you have to wait patiently.

Before I’m going to hunt for a block that might not exist, can you please clarify what exactly you see when you try to access your website? What is the exact behavior and/or error message you see?

It may be your ISP or infinityfree’s server blocking your network. Just use a VPN as you wait.

thank you for your response. it simply doesnt load. see attached pictures. if i use a vpn it works

Based on the error message provided in the screenshot, it’s most likely that your Internet Service Provider has blocked access to your websites. You will have to contact your ISP to resolve the issue.
