That looks like Chrome judging by the scrollbar being identical.
It’s Microsoft Edge. If you look closely at the provided screenshot, the logo for Edge is the highlighted program in the taskbar. Google Chrome is what OP is using. That said, both browsers possess the same built-in zoom feature, and differences in screen size can also cause this if your site doesn’t use responsive web design. Sure enough, if I visit your site on my phone using Opera, it looks like this by default:
However, if I visit it on my desktop PC (also using Opera) it looks more like it should:
So your site doesn’t do automatic screen size adjusting (or doesn’t do it properly) and your friend might have a smaller screen than you do. It should be noted that this will affect anyone who visits your site and doesn’t have exactly the same size and resolution monitor as you. Here’s a tutorial on how to employ it.
