I’m using a custom domain from godaddy in the free tier. The domain is getting loaded on URL without the www subdomain, but when I try to load it with the www subdomain, the site is being redirected to an ad page.
i.e,
www.mysite.com => loads an ad page
mysite.com => loads the original site
My first guess is that it might be the result of bad DNS settings. But in order to verify that, or tell you what’s the best way to resolve that, I need to see how your domain name is currently configured. And I can’t tell that if you only describe the issue using a placeholder domain.
So could you please share the domain name of your site so we can help you more effectively?

I have visited your website, and it is loading fine with both www and non-www. You should try in a private window or clear your browser cache. Keep in mind, if you added this domain recently, it may take up to 72 hours to start working properly.
