  • Main InfinityFree domain: unreachable
  • Server IP directly: unreachable
  • Wi-Fi connection: unreachable
  • Mobile hotspot/mobile data: unreachable

My hosting account is active.

The WordPress files are uploaded to /htdocs and the MySQL database has already been imported successfully.

Could you please check whether there is a server-side, IP-side, or security/connectivity issue affecting my hosting account or website IP?

  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
