why can’t the website be accessed when I use the internet network that uses ipv6, does this web server still not support ipv6 from the client
No IP6 support here. Still on IP4
But if I access it the website cannot be reached and I get a timeout error code
What website? No info = no support
are you using an ipv6 network if not then there is no problem, that’s why I didn’t include the domain name first
Perhaps you should read these
I believe dual stack is your only solution
Going Dualstack is best nowadays. Both for clients and servers, but our hosting doesn’t have IPv6 setup yet. It would be nice to have this eventually, but I don’t know if or where this is on the roadmap.
Until then, if you have a real IPv6-only network, you can’t access sites hosted here. But you’ll also be unable to access many other sites and services, as a substantial part of the internet doesn’t support IPv6 yet.
If you have a custom domain, you could use Cloudflare though. You can have Cloudflare handle IPv6 traffic and the edge and translate that to IPv4 traffic to send to your hosting account.
