Website taking a long time to load and softaculous does not open

my domain is https://portaldaloto.cf/email and it has a white screen saying that it took a long time to load. Upon checking I saw that the softaculous also does not open, what could be happening?

There’s nothing we can do until iFastNet gets their services back up. So, in short, it’s a hosting problem.
