Other Information
The website is a single page site with a contact form that routes the form data to telegram using my telegram bot. I was in the process of troubleshooting why I haven’t been receiving messages with the bot and I’m not sure if the security appliances used triggered on this or not. Its just simple php that takes form data and makes a curl request over to telegram.
Not sure if this is a violation of TOS or a traffic issue. But I would like to get the account back in good standing. Any information would be appreciated

I understand it doesn’t say to post to the forum for help. I’m just looking for information here and some insight at most. I did submit a ticket, but I figured I’d post in the meantime on the forum in case someone else is having a similar issue, explained my situation for transparency
Many people have such issues all the time. Many accounts get suspended every day. Most of them for good reason, but some of them incorrectly. So we have a ticket system where you can request a review.
But I don’t see how this will help you get closer to having your account reactivated or learn more about why it was suspended in the first place. You really need to submit a support ticket for that.
I understand and I did submit a ticket, I was hoping to seek information on the suspension itself. This morning the account was reinstated but without response from the support ticketing system. So I do not know what the issue was/is and if the contact form data being sent to telegram will result in a ban again. I want my account to remain in good standing and I posted here for this reason and for transparency for anyone else possibly having the same issue.
I didn’t see a response or have a email but apparently there was a reply, My account was insta suspended as soon as I logged in and then I saw the response in the support ticket stating telegram scripts are not allowed and the premium service allows these types of scripts. I will look into upgrading later today thank you for the information.
