ok but the panel says it’s activated, but when I enter the domain it appears suspended.
Might be a caching issue, or it might just be because the system is a bit congested at the moment.
try clickign the little refresh icon in the domain menu:

does it say its suspended for inactivity or another reason?
If it’s inactivity, you should be able to reactivate it there. but it may take a while
if its another reason, then it depends if its a 24 hour or full suspension. If it’s a full suspension you’ll need to raise a ticket.

In that case you’ll need to raise a ticket. The banner will include a button to either raise or view support ticket (not sure on the wording)
Most likely scenario is that something on your site triggered one of the automatic filters. Hopefully its a false positive and you get your site back quickly

Just visited, not online as @lovebug mention. It says website suspended.
Functioning for me, look’s like @lovebug’s image. Maybe your computer’s / ISP’s DNS Cache is out-of-date?
