Website stops woking sometimes

Hi.
My site stops working.
It used to happen before but now is more often and longer.
Please help

I feel like it gets triggered by clicking something
(installing plugin in wordpress backend or a menu link in frontend)

It usually works again immediately after reloading.

Now both back and front end stopped working… Backend came back and now works but not front end.

You put everything there but the one thing we need. What is your URL?

Also, what do you mean by “Stops working”? What happens instead?

And still, wordpress backend is working fine but not the website. I’m puzzled.
