It’s suspended by the registry, admin will have to reach out and try to get it unsuspended.
There is nothing you can do, I recommend moving your website to a new domain if you can.

If you can’t access your website, your domain has been suspended, as Greenreader9 says, you should change to another domain.
No, the entire base domain was taken down by the registrar, not just the OPs domain.
