Website URL https://premsaistudymaterials.great-site.net/ Error Message yesterday the website was working fine. But science morning my website is does not even load. its still showing premsaistudymaterials.great-site.net took too long to respond. I want that infinityfree support to look into it.

Welcome to the forum. This is a community forum, there is no “support” team. That said, there does seem to be an issue with sites hosted on the ip 185.27.134.215 which yours seems to be. We’ll need to wait for Admin to get an update. But these things don’t usually take long to resolve.

There seems to be an issue with the IP address that your website is hosted on. I’m not sure yet what exactly is causing it, but I created an announcement topic where I will post further updates.
