This site was working well until a few days ago. Now it doesn’t work and potential clients are also reporting it not working.

Ok, can you try using a device on a different network, or using a VPN?

Looks like one of 3 possible outcome here:
1 - If you set up the site within the last 72 hours, you may just need to wait for DNS propagation. There’s nothing to be done to speed this up, it just takes a bit of time.

2 - Your ISP or something on your network (virus scanner ect) is blocking your access. If that’s the case, you’ll need to work out what’s causing the block, and possibly talk to your ISP

3 - Your IP has been blocked due to suspicious traffic. This is the least likely option, but happens. Because IP’s do change from time to time, its unlikely anything you’ve done. Admin is the only one who can check this next time he’s on if this is likely to be the case.

Thank you so much. It is option 2. I am able to connect to the site via my phone network. At least I know that it is truly working. I have potential clients that just don’t know how to use the internet, so now I know it is user error for them, or it’s their ISP. Thanks again.

I’m sorry for the delay.

I’ve had someone check this, and it appears that your IP address (or rather the network your IP address is part of) was blocked on our end due to abnormal traffic. This block has now been lifted, so you should be able to access your website again.
