What I’m seeing is: can’t connect to the server at www.devansab.com.
I’m using this software:
Additional information: A week ago my domain was working fine on infinity free. After some days my domain was put on hold by my registrar (hostinger .in) as i didn’t clicked on verification email. 3 days ago my domain was verified and restored. After that i am getting this error “can’t connect to the server at www. devansab. com.” while i visit my website. I have checked my dns and it successfully points to 185.27.134.221 which is the ip address of my main domain " h1lkpv5i. epizy. com ". When i visit this ip it says forbidden and if I visit my main domain it takes me to suspendeddomain. org/f/ (it was also taking me to suspendeddomain .org/f/ befor when all was working fine).
(I have put spaces between domains as the post was not allowing me to put more than 2 links)
I really need some help.
For me the first domain works fine. For you it may be a DNS propagation / caching issue, so try to clear your browser history and cache, configure a faster DNS resolver like 1.1.1.1 and wait some time.
For the IP, you can’t access it directly to get access to the website. The same thing goes with the Main Domain, where the reason can be found below.
When your account is created, a “main domain” is automatically generated for it. These main domains are a subdomain of eight random characters, followed by an InfinityFree domain. An example main domain looks like “ss6y0hra.epizy.com”.
These main domains will never show your website and always redirect to suspendeddomain.org. These main domains are just internal identifiers, and the content shown on it does not reflect the status of your hosting account or the other domains on it. The main domain does point to the IP address of your account (which makes it useful if you want to use your own DNS servers), but never shows any website from your account.
