Website not accessible from Sri Lanka but works with a VPN

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue where my website is not loading when accessed from Sri Lanka. However, when I use a VPN (connecting via USA or another region), the website works perfectly fine.

When I try to access it normally, I get a “Connection Timed Out” or “Server Not Found” error. I have already cleared my browser cache and tried using different browsers, but the result is the same.

Here are my details:

• Internet Provider: Mobitel

Is there any ongoing issue with traffic from Sri Lanka, or is there any configuration I need to change?

Although I can’t say with certainty, it sounds like your ISP might be blocking the site. Its worth reaching out to them and seeing if they are blocking the “42web.io” domain. Its unfortunately common for free hosting domains to be blocked by ISP’s because too many people try and use them for spams or scams
