### Website URL

### Error Message

Hello InfinityFree Support,

I am having a problem with my website.

My hosting account is still ACTIVE and my hosting plan is FREE. However, my website cannot be accessed.

My domain:

I have checked my hosting account, and it is still active. My domain is also still assigned to my hosting account.

This website is very important for my undergraduate thesis because its URL is already included in a QR code in my printed thesis.

I would like to continue using the free hosting service without purchasing a paid plan or changing my domain.

Could you please help me identify and fix the problem so that my original website can be accessed again?

Thank you for your assistance.

### Other Information

My hosting account is ACTIVE and my hosting plan is FREE. The domain health check shows “No issues found”, but my website is still inaccessible. I would like to restore my website using the same domain without paying for an upgrade or changing the URL.

Thank you for your help

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

- Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
- Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
- AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
- Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

_Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._

Could you tell me the exact error your browser shows, word for word, and whether it happens on your phone’s mobile data too? “Cannot be accessed” could mean several different things, and the exact text tells them apart.

Also check the spelling. In the body of your post the address is `skipsi-dewul.wuaze.com`, with no “r”. In the URL field, and on your hosting account, it’s `skripsi-dewul.wuaze.com`. If the QR code or the link you’re testing has the version without the “r”, that domain isn’t on your account, and that would explain the failure. If it’s only a typo in your post, ignore this.

If the error is “This site can’t be reached”, `ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED` or `DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN`, this article walks through how to tell a problem with the domain from a problem on your own network. It says some networks and providers block free subdomains.

> [@Why does my browser say my domain can't be found?](https://forum.infinityfree.com/docs?topic=121134):
>
> When you try to open your website, your browser says it can’t find the address. Depending on your browser, you will see an error like: This site can’t be reached Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. ERR\_NAME\_NOT\_RESOLVED DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN This means your browser couldn’t look up which server your domain points to. Before your browser can connect to a website, it asks a DNS server to translate the domain name into an IP address. If that lookup fails, your browser doesn’t even…

If it turns out to be a block, the article also asks you to mention your internet provider and country.

NS is down worldwide, wait for a while

Not worldwide, just everything that’s connected to the US West location in down. That’s the western half of the America’s, Oceania, and most of Asia.

That’s a very large number of people, but everyone connected to the US East or Europe locations are unaffected.

* * *

However, I don’t have enough information to definitively point to that. Because despite your message being very long and filled with irrelevant remarks and repeated information, it doesn’t contain the most important part: a description of the issue that you’re having.

You only wrote that your website cannot be accessed, but no information about what you see when you try to access your website. That information is critical to be able to identify the issue that you’re having. If it’s DNS related, it’s probably related to the outage. If it’s something else, then it probably isn’t.

So if you’re still having issues, can you provide that additional information?

Thank you! The issue is resolved, and my domain is working properly now.
