Vague response won’t get you an answer, is that a blank page? Does it timeout?

I searched my domain in nslookup. it only shows A records
it times out yes. This site can’t be reached
In order to troubleshoot the problem, we need to know the domain name.

that could actually be the problem. its been almost an entire day working on the website. could it be that I reached the infinityfree limit for the day? if yes, then why the website is down?
status shown active
I have tried multiple vpns and multiple devices. always same error: This site can’t be reached: took too long to respond.

i think its from the servers. site openned now and upon refreshing its again timed out.

i must add before the issue occures, I deleted the defender plugin
