Problem Description

My website suddenly became inaccessible at night, and all browsers display a Connection timed out error when attempting to visit it. The issue has persisted and there is no sign of automatic recovery.

Troubleshooting Steps I Have Taken

1. I suspended and then unsuspended my hosting account in the InfinityFree Client Area, but this operation did not resolve the connection timeout issue.

2. I checked the DNS resolution status for the domain, and the DNS records resolve correctly to the server IP 185.27.134.144 with no abnormalities.

3. I tested access from different devices, networks and browsers, and cleared the browser cache, all attempts still resulted in a connection timeout.

4. I made no changes to the website files, hosting settings or domain configurations before the issue occurred.

Thank you for sharing your troubleshooting steps. It’s likely that there was a short outage on the IP as your website is working for me.

Also, please don’t suspended-unsuspended your account in an attempt to fix issues like this. Doing that too many times will place a permanent ban on the account.
