Website completely unresponsive for 9+ hours - PHP not working

Dear InfinityFree Support,

My website has been completely unresponsive for more than 9 hours. I need help urgently.

Problem Details:

  • Domain: contentkeepe.gt.tc

  • Main Domain: ng9fxowu.infinityfree.com

  • Server: vol14_2

  • The problem: Website appears online but gives NO RESPONSE

  • DNS is working correctly

  • Database is accessible and working

  • Pages load but PHP scripts do NOT execute

  • Ping requests time out (100% packet loss)

  • When trying to perform any PHP action, the page hangs indefinitely

What I’ve already tried:

  • Waiting 9+ hours

  • Checking DNS settings (correct)

  • Testing database connectivity (works)

  • Different browsers and devices

Important Notes:

  • I have made NO changes to the website before this problem started

  • This happens occasionally but usually resolves after a few hours

  • This time it has been 9+ hours with no improvement

  • My resource usage is very low (only 12MB of 5GB used)

What I need:
Please check if there are any server-side issues with:

  • PHP services on my account

  • Apache configuration

  • Account restrictions/suspensions

  • Server volume vol14_2

The website is important to me and this extended downtime is causing problems. Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.

I checked your website and it’s working fine from here. So whatever the issue is: it’s specific to you, not your entire website.

Are you able to access your website from another device or network?
