Hello,
after creating my website and installing a SSL certificate (ZeroSSL) everything works fine for me when accessing site via FFox, Edge, Chrome, Mobile phone etc. Also SSL cert is shown as installed correctly and active.
Unfortunately some people abroad (e.g. in the US) responded to me that they cannot acces the site resp. a file I am hosting there: file
One error I got out of an online check is the following:
HttpSecureChannelFaílure
Source: See red marked entries on this page
What is the problem here that the site doesn’t seem to be accessible from everywhere?
Thank you for a short reply and support!
Kind Regards
Welcome!
Can you provide the URL of your website? Each of those two links goes to a different domain, so I don’t know which one to check. Thanks
amiga.freecluster.eu shows a parking page, while www.uptrends.de is working fine.

The problem URL is: https://amiga.freecluster.eu/Redemption/Players%20Aid%20small.pdf
I posted it in the OP as file.
The 2nd URL is an evaluation I made providing my URL from here to check is accessibility worldwide.
https://amiga.freecluster.eu/ also works for me and shows my game page:
.pdf
files are not allowed on free hosting, that’s the reason perhaps;

No issue for me
Perhaps due to this?
If you’ve just created your account, or just added a new domain name to an account, you may be surprised that you are unable to view your website when using the domain. Instead you may see:
An advertisements page, with ?z being added to the URL.
An error saying “This site can’t be reached”.
This is usually caused by a system called DNS Caching. This article explains how DNS Caching works, why your website isn’t up yet and what you can do to see your website right now.
When will I be able to …
Take note hosting pdf files on IF may earn you permanent suspension
I just checked the ticket correspondence and the statement in there seems quite clear:
ALL PDFS are not allowed on free hosting anymore.
Which tells me that 1) PDFs are indeed blanket banned and 2) this is probably a fairly new rule.
I didn’t know that this was the case. Although I have seem quite a few bad sites using PDFs to do nasty stuff. And I can imagine PDF inspection isn’t easy enough that scanning the contents of PDFs is feasible.

I did not know either regarding PDFs. When I checked the rules before uploading and offering it they were still allowed. Also for me the PDF and its download works fine. But I got response from abroad (US) that they cannot access it.
Do the rules change such quickly here quite often?

Do you have any information from those other people as to what they see when they try to access your site? Like any error messages?
And do they have trouble accessing your entire site or only specific pages?

I got this picture:
The rest I asked already (also non-secure access) - waiting for response.
I see a parking page when accessing the site.
@Reth01 , how old is the account?

How does this parking site look like?
The account I created on February 7th 2022. Do you think it is not yet through all the DNS servers across the planet?
Do you have an SSL? Install that first.
It should be if you created it on the 7th. Can you try deleting the domain from the account in the control panel, than reloading and adding it back in?
This is a parking page:
@jaikrishna.t , SSL is not going to affect this.

See above, SSL cert was installed successfully and page can be accessed via https - but not from everywhere.

I can do, but do I have to create a SSL-cert and to reinstall it again too (took quite some time)?
No. SSL is working just fine. In fact, I see your website now as well. Both domains you shared are now working properly, can you ask your friends if it is working for them?
