Website becomes unresponsive and directory inaccessible after ~5 minutes

senateflix.page.gd

Error Message

Hi,

I’m having a recurring issue where my website works perfectly for about 5 minutes, but then it stops responding entirely. During this time, I am also unable to open my directory in the file manager, and I receive an error.

Here are the details:

Issue: The site becomes unresponsive after a short period. I also lose access to my files in the File Manager during this time.

Thank you!

I’d be happy to help try figuring this out, but I need more information from you to do so.

When your website “stops responding entirely”, then what do you actually see? Do you see any errors on your website?

And you says that on the file manager, you “receive an error”. What is the error you get?

Can you answer these questions if you are still experiencing the issue? The more details you can provide the better

Thanks for the response,

I’m currently experiencing issues accessing my website, senateflix.page.gd.

When I attempt to load the site, it hangs indefinitely. I have tried refreshing multiple times and clearing my cache, but the issue persists. Interestingly, I can access and modify the files via the file manager without any problems, but the live site remains inaccessible.

Could you please check if there is an issue with the server or my account configuration? Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

Thank you!

I checked your site and it seems to be working fine from here, and it’s pretty fast too. A speed test service says the same: Website Speed Test | Pingdom Tools

So whatever the issue is, it’s not a problem with the server, your account or your website, because those are all fast.

Could you try checking your site from a different device and/or network?

This issue appears to be related to a large wave of connection timeout errors reported by many people. I just created an official topic with more information about the issue where I will be posting further updates.
