admin page is crashing again and again in 3-4 minutes
This usually means you have really a lot of plugins and they are overloading the database.
A quick way of doing this is to temporarily rename the wp-content/plugins folder to something else and WordPress will automatically disable all plugins.
Then you should be able to rename the folder back and start activating the plugins you do need, and remove the rest.
