### Website URL

### Error Message

This site can’t be reached. The website and /test.php both fail to load, even when using mobile data.

### Other Information

Hosting account ID: if0\_43167528
Hosting IP: 185.27.134.129

I uploaded my PHP project to htdocs and created test.php containing a simple PHP echo statement. Both the main website and test.php are unreachable.

The InfinityFree dashboard Health Check says “No issues found,” and the status page reports hosting as operational.

Could you please check why my domain and test page are unreachable?

Welcome to the InfinityFree community forum! Good to have you here.

- Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
- Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
- AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
- Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

_Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._

Could you tell me the exact error code under “This site can’t be reached” (for example ERR\_CONNECTION\_TIMED\_OUT, ERR\_CONNECTION\_REFUSED or DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN)? Could you also run your address through [check-host.net](http://check-host.net) and tell me whether most locations show OK or fail? Those two things tell me whether the problem is on the server side or only on your connection.

The code matters because a DNS error means the problem is with the domain name. The other three mean your browser couldn’t connect to the server. This article describes those connection errors:

> [@Why can't I connect to my website?](https://forum.infinityfree.com/docs?topic=121133):
>
> What this error looks like When you try to open your website, your browser says it can’t reach the site at all. In Chrome and Edge, you’ll see “This site can’t be reached” with a code like ERR\_CONNECTION\_REFUSED, ERR\_CONNECTION\_TIMED\_OUT or ERR\_CONNECTION\_RESET. In Firefox, you’ll see “Unable to connect” or “The connection has timed out”. These errors mean your browser couldn’t set up a connection to the server. That’s different from an error page shown by your website, like a 404 or 500 error.…

According to the article, if [check-host.net](http://check-host.net) shows most locations failing, the site or server has a problem. If most locations show OK, the site is up and something is blocking your connection to it. The block could be on your device, in your network or provider, or the server could be blocking your IP address.

Mobile data failing doesn’t rule out the last two. Some mobile providers filter sites, and a blocked IP address can also be shared. The article’s other steps, trying http:// instead of https:// and testing from your provider’s network with Globalping, would help narrow it down if check-host shows the site is up.

I checked [http://onlineclassbooking.rf.gd](http://onlineclassbooking.rf.gd/) using [check-host.net](http://check-host.net). Most locations show OK with HTTP status 200, including Mumbai, India. The website still does not open for me, even on mobile data. Could you please advise what I should check next?

I also tried [http://7cqoup9q.infinityfree.com/test.php](http://7cqoup9q.infinityfree.com/test.php), but it still says “This site can’t be reached.” [Check-host.net](http://Check-host.net) reports HTTP 200 (OK) from most locations. Could you help me investigate why I cannot access the website?

Yes, my InfinityFree hosting account shows the main domain as [7cqoup9q.infinityfree.com](http://7cqoup9q.infinityfree.com), and my website domain is onlineclassbooking.rf.gd. Both addresses fail to open on my browser, even on mobile data. [Check-host.net](http://Check-host.net) shows HTTP 200 (OK) from most locations. Could you please advise what I should check next?

Thank you for checking. The website [http://onlineclassbooking.rf.gd](http://onlineclassbooking.rf.gd/) still shows “This site can’t be reached” for me, even on mobile data. Since it works for you, could you please suggest how I can access it from my side? I need the project link working by tomorrow.

The “main domain” (the one that looks like gibberish and ends in `infinityfree.com`) is meant to be an internal identifier only and is never accessible, so just don’t ever worry about that.

You actualy website works for me too, so issue is mostly likely on your side. Try using a VPN to see if it works.

it might be an ISP carrier block for rf.gd, but idk. If it works on VPN, that might be the case
