I use to have my webcam set to upload a picture here every 30 minute but since friday it is not working any more, no webcam problem because if I change ftp serve it upload. Only on your server.

I don’t know why it stopped working,but I can tell you what you should do: find another hosting provider for this.
We don’t allow automated uploads to our hosting. We provide an FTP server for website administration, and server space for website files. Using our hosting as an automatic backup solution for IP camera uploads is not an acceptable use case.
It’s possible that the uploads from your camera have been blocked due to abuse by us. If so, all I can say is that everything is working as intended. Please host this somewhere else.
