This is basically a question about space and filetypes allowed:

Are we allowed to create a video hosting platform? Not community videos, but I will upload video courses that I create and people will be able to watch them.

There is a 10MB File limit, but I would upload videos to a sharing site and share them using the video hosting.

So No, this free hosting is not for file/video sharing, but you can make a course app, just don’t host the videos on InfinityFree’s Hosting,

I think you can, as long as it is really your own video, not a torrent leech and not a youtube-clone site.
