I cant upload more 3 archives same time without this error in Monsta FTP.

Try using a VPN than. Also, some routers may have settings enabled that restrict FTP connections:

My provider use CGNAT, so VPN still work ??.
Nevermind, i found FileStash online FTP manager
There are slashes in the file name, but slashes are usually used to designate folders. And backslashes are used as escape characters. So, as a rule of thumb, NEVER put slashes in a file name, because it will cause things to break.
I think the file manager may be a victim of that.
Maybe you’ll have more luck trying to delete it with FileZilla?
