Actually try clearing the browser cache, same effect as switching your browser.
Do not share the full URL to the file manager. Anyone can use it to login to your account and extract your password from it. And since this is a public forum, that means basically anyone in the world.

Did you check your new hosting account password? I did say I reset it.
Feel free to change the password again. Just don’t use the same password you had before, because it’s compromised now.
