Upload Delete

I have an addon domain which is domainbangkok.com it is propagated already but when I have tried to upload some files last nigth, why it will be deleted automatically?

The only way files would be deleted automatically is because they exceed the 10MB file size limit. What kind of files were you trying to upload and how are you uploading them?

I trying to upload html file from google apps so that i can verify my ownership of ths wensite. I also tried to use ftp client using my phone but still deleted after successfully uploaded.

This is the file that Im trying to upload.

I just tried to do it myself and everything seems to work fine.

Can you please try to create the HTML verification file yourself? You can do that from the file manager by creating a new file. For the file name, use the name of the verification file. The contents should look like this:

google-site-verification: <the name of the verification file>

When i open the file manager from the cpanel it redirect me to this ip address http://185.27.134.9/index.php
Is that correct? Can you please check my domain if im on the correct path? Please visit www.domainbangkok.com thank you.

@rhinebkk You shouldn’t be having problems with uploading Google Service verification files. Have you tried to upload it throught Online File Manager? It is alot easier to upload your verification and other small files throught Online File Manager, because FTP takes alot more time and is more complex. And yes, the link that File Manager takes you to is valid link. It’s simply numberic website adress, which is not a domain, but a ip adress. In reality all the domains have a numberic ip behind them, domain just masks the numberic adress of website and makes it easier to memorise for customers. For example there could be website http://example.com which could be acessed by http://182.69.14.93 too. So there is nothing to worry about! It’s a valid web adress!

Thats what ive been doing many timea. I used the file manager inside the cpanel. After uploading it successfully and the uploades file, amazingly the file is not there. You can try usinf my cpanel…

That is correct, that’s the IP of the file manager server (which is separate from your website).

Please try creating the file rather than uploading it. See my previous message for instructions.
