I upgraded my only website EliteKeysLLC.com and no upgrade happened it just made me a completely new account on Ifastnet all my data and stuff is here on infinityfree fix this?
You can transfer your stuff to your premium account.
Raise a support ticket with iFastNet telling them to migrate your website as well

I should t have to transfer my stuff when there’s an upgrade account button my account on infinityfree should have been affected I should not of been made a new account is the point this process shouldn’t require me to go make and change databases or transfer hundreds of files if not thousands etc etc thanks for the reply tho I’m going to do what the guy below said and ask them to migrate the account

iFastNet has automation ready to go to transfer your website in a jiffy and make all the changes required to make it work on your new premium account. All you have to do is ask them to use it. You definitely don’t have to do the migration yourself.
