Added a page to my site to allow a bit more functionality. Uploaded the page as usual, looked good, went live to check a link I placed on my index page to the new page and got a 404 error. Double checked the new page loaded correctly and it did.

Decided to change the link on my index page to one of the other pages on the site, uploaded and then went live to check. That link worked as expected.

Double checked the file string and it’s accurate and compares in format/direction with all the other links on the index page. I show no errors in my app (which tracks those with indicators) I use and have tweaked other things today with success.

Due to things looking right, is this a case of the page possibly not fully loading OR not yet live at IF?

It seems to be working fine for me, this sounds like a browser cache issue.

What is the exact url you are experiencing an issue on?

The one link on the index page is entitled ‘personnel’. That’s the one that returns 404. All the others work as they should. Thanks for your reply.

Works fine for me, try clearing your cache

That solved the issue. It’s one of those things that slips my mind - similar to “have you tried turning it off and back on?”. The simplest things/approaches that I forget about often are the exact cure for the issue. Thank you for your graciousness in helping me to remember that!
