If you’re trying to generate the ZIP on the server, its likely that its larger than 10mb, and so is deleted due to the file size limit.

Rather than creating a zip and downloading it, you may need to download everything over FTP (clients like filezilla make this easier) and then archiving it (if you really want a zip file)
