You need a custom domain
I don’t think you need a custom domain, you should be able to setup the CNAME record with us without any problems. All you need to do is use the zb????
as the record name on our end, without the .wafflebytes
suffix, and setup the CNAME Value as shown.
Zoho’s instructions assume you are editing the DNS records for wuaze.com
, but that’s not true, you are editing the DNS records for wafflebytes.wuaze.com
.
Without a custom domain, dkim and dmarc record cannot be added (through CloudFlare).
Emails sent will likely end up in spam or trash folder
