Website is on line but unable to update pages using Core and Filezilla FTP software.

Error Message

Core: Unable to establish connection to ftp.upload.net:21
Filezilla: Connection attempt failed with ECONNREFUSED : Connection refused by server,
followed by Error: Could not connect to server

FTP details have been checked from my epizy admin page to ensure correct.

Other Information

Problem first appeared weekend 14/15 Aug and since then I have not been able to update my website, though site is up and active.

Thank you for previous message, similar to problem reported with IPs at weekend but not quite the same as my site is up and working, its just FTP that’s not working.

Try using ftp.epizy.com instead of ftpupload.net and let me know what happens.

The FTP hostname is ftpupload.net, not ftp.upload.net.

Thanks Admin, ftpupload.net was the host address address I was using, it was a typo in message. Have double checked using ftpupload.net, error still apparent. ftp.epizy.com still works fine.
