Unable to update wordpress and upload file failed

wordpress needed an update i logged in as admin and was unable to install. i followed their instruction to delete wp-admin forder and wp-include and install for the new version. then filezilla client was unable to upload as in the screenshot below.

also i could not create new folder on my file manager as i attached the error screenshot message as below.

additionally i deleted unwanted files earlier but it is saying i have used 100% inodes when i have used 540 mbs out of 5gb. please help me be able to upload the wordpress new update files for my website to be live aganin

Because you do not delete enough.
You need to delete at least 6k files and directories to stay under the limit safely
