I am completely unable to send or receive any mail trough your webmail. I created the address on the panel and I succesfully login into your roundcube webmail but any email I send it does not reach the destination -even if I send to myself-
I properly setted the mx route and on mxlookup mx.epizy.com is confirmed.
can somebody help me? I’m unabl to do anything with email
Could you try to send an email to mail-tester.com and see if that email reaches their servers? If it does, then it’s very likely that our mail server tries to deliver your message, but your receiving email service doesn’t accept it.
