My domain is now registered and hosted on a different platform. however, when I click “Delete Domain” as instructed, nothing happens. I also want to delete my account, but InfinityFree warns you that you must delete your domain first. All other options are functional besides the Delete Domain button. Nothing happens when i click Delete Domain. please help.
Have you tried a different browser?
You’ve not suspended the account yet have you?
If you share a screenshot of anything that’s showing maybe there’s something we can see

Please also note that you are not required to delete your domain name before deactivating your account. If you have no plans to host your domain again with us (or with other companies using the same platform as we do), then there is no harm in just leaving the domains on the account.
To be clear, that’s not an excuse for the domain delete button not working. But it might be a practical way for you to move forward.
