Welcome back to the forum! You might have to wait a while for you to be able to get the CNAME record installed automatically or, if you already had the record (which you do), for you to be able to request the certificate. In the meantime, you can try refreshing the order page.

This nameserver blip sometimes happens. You may have to wait about 5 minutes, than try refreshing the page.

Hi, I am having the same issue on all domains I own. Non of them seem to let me renew the ssl

There was an issue with DNS lookups from the client area. That should be working again now, although I cannot guarantee that it won’t break again soon.
