My hosting account was suspended due to server overload. I need to move my domain to a new hosting account, but both the Delete Account and Delete Domain options are disabled in the Client Area. Please release my domain so I can add it to another hosting account. Thank you.
cant add more than 2 links thats why just mentined these 2 domins but my all 4 domains

if it will be reactivated within 24hr then no need to remove domains otherwise please remove it
It is by design that you cannot remove domains on a suspended account so that you cannot evade the ban.
the overload was accidental, when the ban will be remvd so i can reove my domains
You can see if the suspension is a temporary one or a permanent one in the client area, by yourself.

It is permanent, please create a support ticket by clicking the biggest button in the screenshot you’ve shared.

I don’t know, they generally respond fairly fast but the staffs are based in UK and uses UK time. Now it is afternoon in the UK so it might not matter much but you need to keep this in mind if you are replying some time else.
Besides they may decide to not reply under severe abuse.
as a heads up, tech support in the UK tend to work limited hours over the weekend, so it’ll likely be monday before you get a proper reply
