I can’t login to my CPanel using either Online File Manager (MonstaFTP) or File Zilla ftp. File Zilla is error is “421 Home directory not available - aborting”. MonstaFTP is returning error “ An unknown error occurred during authentication.” My password is correct and did not change since having this account from the start.

A “Home directory not available” error usually suggests that the storage for your website is unreachable.
But I checked your website, and it seems to be working now. So whatever the issue was, it’s temporary.
But I still cannot access my File Manager
I just checked it and it appears that there is currently an issue affecting FTP access for some accounts.
