I Was Trying To Install A Plugin Called BuddyPress Because I Cannot Install Flarum, And I Just Opened My Website Admin And I Didn’t Do Anything Previously And When I Try To Install The Plugin, They Said Update Failed
And A Message In The Header Said : Wordpress Installation Failed. Please Check Your Admin Email Inbox,
I See My Admin Inbox And There’s Nothing.Disclaimer: (I Do Have Many Plugins In My Wordpress Website.)

You need to download the fresh BuddyPress from here, extract it on your computer, go with a FTP client on yourdomain/htdocs/wp-content/plugins, and upload the buddypress folder there, overwriting the existing files.
Ok
I Extracted And Uploaded The File To The Following Directory But In Wordpress It’s Not Showing Up.
And The File Manager Becomes Slow Once I Uploaded The File.
I Also Already Overwrite The Former BuddyPress Folder.
I suggest you to use a FTP client like FileZilla (click here and download the client) to upload the files, as the file manager might struggle doing it.
What’s The Problem Wih Monsta FTP, Why Are They So Slow?
Because file managers are not FTP clients, and every thing you do is limited by the PHP maximum execution time and the FTP server speed. So FTP clients should be the way to go if you upload big plugins.
Oh…So BuddyPress Is A Big Plugin.
I would always recommend that you download the zip file, then go to “Add New”, upload the file, and let Wordpress do the job. It is the best way to avoid any file missing and installation failed errors.
Thanks For Suggestion This Solution’s Better hahha tens of post wasted ahah
@Niekon It Didn’t Work It Says Folder Already Exist But Previously I Already Overwrite In The Default File Manager
Try to use my guide, but also follow what Admin recently posted to you in your other topic:
That’s because you might have manually uploaded the files.
Yeah I Uploaded That Previous File But When It’s Taking So Long I Closed The Tab (heheh
Maybe I’m Just Too Impatient)
And Then I Thought That When I Close The Tab The Uploading Process Is Canceled.
nice
it’s for avoiding half uploading when you close them mistakenly.
there might be a thing in settings for that buts developers still don’t think to it :)
