Is seems that there was a brief issue with the hosting platform before where some servers had problems with their storage. If the storage where your website is hosted is unavailable, then your website will not load and FTP (and everything that uses FTP, including the file manager) will not work either. I don’t know what happened, but it seems that whatever happened, it seems to be resolved now.
