Unable to edit or upload files in subdomain directory

Website URL

http://www.maaun2.certifysend.ng/

Error Message

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,

I created a subdomain (maaun2.certifysend.ng), but I’m unable to edit, upload, or delete any files in its directory (/htdocs/maaun2.certifysend.ng/). The File Manager shows the directory, but I have no permission to make any changes.

Or if the subdomain can point to the root/htdocs directory.

Please help me regain access or reset the directory.

Thank you.

Why not?

Are you sure this is the correct directory structure?

Yes I am sure

This is what I get when I try to create a file

Hello and welcome to the community. Can you share the DNS Status from this screenshot, on the lower left corner? Be sure it is pointing to InfinityFree server.

maaun2.certifysend.ng/htodcs would probably be where you should upload.

Can you check your inodes and disk space use, if you are over you will not be able to create new files.

Pls where can I check the disk space

Thanks. It is very weird because I am getting different IP address from Amazon/Bodis. If your site is very recently set up, let’s wait for a few more hours, 72 hours at most for complete DNS propagation. Disk usage is in Account Statistics, on your left-side panel under Account Options.

EDIT: Is maaun2’s index file just redirects to the main certifysend.ng? If yes, congratulations, you changed the file already. If not, let’s be patient, propagation probably isn’t complete yet.

You can check your usage in either the client area (under Account Statistics) or the control panel (in the sidebar).

The statistics clearly show the issue though:

You have exceeded the inode limit for your account. That’s why you cannot create or upload any new files or directories. To fix this, you’ll need to delete files and folders from your account.
