I have the same issue with all my sites on my account and my sites are down
So the support service doesn’t do anything to help with that ?
Does your website work?
If it works then this is all just false positives. Maybe not positives to start with.

Admin is the only admin here. And if he’s not online, then we’ll have to wait
All the rest of us can say is that Admin and IFastNet will look into it asap and will provide an update
I just checked and I don’t see any issue. I only checked the account from @Desfiner but everything worked fine there: directory status, file manager and FTP.
I also don’t see anything suggesting that the FTP server was down earlier, but it might be that there were problems with the storage of some websites before.
So I don’t know what happened before, but whatever it was, it seems to be resolved now.
