Unable to delete invalid directories from public folder

Hello InfinityFree Support,

I have an issue with my hosting account.

Inside my website folder:

/htdocs/testflyagro/public/

two invalid directories were accidentally created with these names:

C:\xampp\htdocs\flyagro\storage\framework
C:\xampp\htdocs\flyagro\storage\logs

These directories cannot be opened, listed, renamed or deleted using either the InfinityFree File Manager or FTP (FileZilla).

FTP shows the following errors:

553 Prohibited file name
Failed to retrieve directory listing

550 Can’t remove directory: Directory not empty

Because of these invalid directories, I cannot delete the public folder or clean up my website.

Could you please remove these invalid directories from the server or repair the filesystem for my hosting account?

This has come up once before. You should be able to delete them with PHP, or just leave them alone. Creating a new account and migrating everything over would also be a solution.
