I checked the file and I see a potential issue. The file name has a space in front of it, which I think might be hitting a bug in the file manager. I will submit the report upstream so the developers can take a look at it.

As a workaround, you can instead manage the file using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla, or by using our Filestash installation (you can login with your hosting account username and password): https://filestash.infinityfree.com
