Unable to configure my custom domain files

Error Message

I just added my custom domain but when I upload my website files to the htdocs folders they don’t show up when I hit the url.At the url what I see is index of cgi-bin folder.
What might be the problem,please I will appreciate any of your support.Thank you

What you see is coming from the previous host

Like KangJL mentioned, your site is still being served from the previous host.

Either the DNS still hasn’t propagated or you didn’t change the name servers to InfinityFree’s name servers.

Should be:

• ns1.epizy.com
• ns2.epizy.com
