Hello,
I have switched from InfinityFree to a different hosting provider and removed the domain, but I am still unable to use the new hosting service.

What is the domain you’re trying to migrate out so I can check? Also take note of these articles, for the first one especially the part where you’re trying to migrate your domain to another hosting provider; the second one is created with our hosting in mind but can also work out on your website as well:

Erm, that doesn’t seem to be a valid TLD. Maybe you forgot to put the extension in the end?
EDIT: Found it, it’s with `.com` in the end. Since you’re using Namecheap’s nameservers you’ll now need to point to the new hosting provider through A records.
