Is there TXT record on control panel that I can edit? I am trying to look for it on my cpanel but could not find it.

You can create a TXT record for your domain using the “SPF Records” section

Thanks, SpookyKipper. Can I also create a separate SPF record under “SPF Records” section if needed on top of the TXT record?

Yes, you can. The SPF Records section is basically just a TXT record manager, it lets you have multiple TXT records on your domain, so you can use it for both the SPF record of your domain, as well as other records (such as domain verification).
