I recently got an email account for my website above and it is not working. The IONOS Support told me to add a txt record, which I cannot do on InfinityFree. Please help me out haha

You can only add SPF records on free hosting. Any other type of TXT records is not supported.

Add your domain to Cloudflare, you can have full control over the DNS records (and you can add TXT records).
